Upcoming Makeup Beauty Trends for 2015.
After studying beauty looks from spring/summer 2015 shows, we should be thinking fresh faces, sleek and statement lips, with brows being the new king of bold.
Sexy Red Ombre

An updated version of the sexy red lip. To give this classic look a modern update, lets add some ombre to it.
Start with a darker shade of liner than the lipstick you will be using.
Then line your pout and fill in the outer corners only.
With your chosen lipstick, start in the center of your lips and work it towards the outer corners, blending.
This will create a graduated effect. Beautiful.
Dusky Rose

A nude lip is the essence for a sexy bombshell look. But a nude lip is not a naked lip. The right lipstick shade is a must for your skin tone so you can avoid the too pale look.
Banish those garishly pink shades of lippy and go for a more pretty pink pout.
You will be amazed to how much of a woman you feel when you go for a more natural neutral lipstick.
The softness is all about being feminine and is right on trend for the tone of the season.
Dyeing of the Brows

Brows being a big part of a woman’s make up routine, there’s no wonder why designers have taken note, gone bold and gone blonde, yes i said blonde.
Its easy to forget that eyebrows have their own trends. The more full, maintained eyebrows have been on trend, that’s not going to change, however the colour is.
For the blondes, going darker in the brows, and for the brunettes it’s all about going lighter in the the brows.
Definitely not for the faintest of hearts.
Bronzed Babe

Its not summer without a good glow to the skin. And with this upcoming season it’s all about cheeks that shimmer like the sun.
Adding in an Illuminator underneath your brow bone and your cheekbones will brighten up your face.
Using one with a shimmer to it will freshen up your face and give your skin that glow.
Easy to go from daytime to a nighttime look too, perfect.
Wine Hues

Great for all year round, why not?
Dark plum pouts shouldn’t be reserved for the cooler seasons.
Dare to be bold with the plum/ burgundy
Keeping in mind what shade will suit your skin type and shade best. If you have dark eyes, a brown burgundy will bring them out more.
A blue based burgundy, isn’t too light or too dark, so can be worn by ladies with light or dark eyes.
A deep red burgundy is more suited to a brunettes as their hair balances out the intense colour.
Wear it with confidence, no matter what shade you choose.
Colourful Smokes

Less is more and minimal look of this season, try creating some fun with a colourful smokey eye by extending the eyesha
Put down those boring black shadows. A bit of colour isn’t that scary.
Also using colours to smoke out your eyes wont leave you looking like you have two black eyes, when one has gone over board with the shading. Ooops
Tip for this look is to keep the lips simple.
Seamlessly Nude

A nude lipstick that matches your skin tone, crazy right?
No!
This creates a fresh, fuss free and seamless lip which can also give the appearance of a fuller lip.
A superflattering nude lipstick are sheer and should have the same finish as your lips. Not shiny, not matte.
Choose a nude shade that compliments your skin tone whether light, medium or dark.
Alabaster skin tones should try a dusty baby pink.
Fair skin tones should try a rosy beige nude.
Warm olive skin tones should go for a caramel toned beige.
Tan skin tone try a glossy, shimmery nude to bring out your sun kissed skin.
Medium skin tones head more for a pink toned nude that’s lighter than your skin tone.
Dark skin tones should try a bronze shimmer nude.
Bang on trend
Bold and Black Liner.

Coming into this spring/ summer season the black liner has up the ante and looks bolder then ever.
The liner is a woman’s best secret weapon but do be warned, if you’re going to go bold then the rest of your face should be tame and natural perhaps with a nude lip.
The eyeliner is one of the simplest beauty tool you can use to make a statement.
Can be worn by anyone, and there is lots of different ways to
Untaming of the Brow

Designers this season have natural brows in mind, as the over manicured is slowly being pushed aside. Although don’t go throwing the tweezers out the window, you don’t want them to get out of control.
Don’t thread or pluck to heavily. Try to retain the normal brow thickness according to your brow bone shape.
If you have over plucked eyebrows, try some hair growth serum or start massaging your brows with olive oil regularly.
If you have naturally thin eyebrows then grab an eye brow pencil and fill in the gaps between the hairs in a dotted motion and blend well.
Freshly Faced

The key to this trend this season is a good facial wash routine and and even better moisturiser. So you can wake up flawlessly fresh faced and embrace that the excessive contouring is fading in to the past.
The no makeup, makeup look.
Conceal any flaws you may have with your concealer.
If your a shiny skin type, use a powder to help absorb the excess oil.
Choose a warm cheek colour. Cream blushers in peach or pinks, give a natural flush.
Smokey Show
Has been a sexy look, since well forever. The new smokey eye, the slept in, charcoal smokey eye gives off a cool, partying all night vibe.
The classic smokey eye is created with black or gray shades. Choose 3 shades of a similar hue. a light shade, a medium, and a dark smokey colour.
Highlight with your lighter shade.
Use the medium as a transition colour, across your lid and up towards the crease.
Then with the darkest shade, begin at the outer corner of your eye and sweep in a C shape, inwards abut half way.
Blend you colours.
Barely There
After the season’s of bold nail art, we are returning to the barely there nail polish.
From the palest of pink shades to the chic nudes.
The two layered manicure flatters most skin tones with a rosy beige.
Nude nails are a favourite, that make for a understated yet beautiful manicure.
Whatever the occasion, the neutral shades will give an instant dash of sophistication.
